Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Photographs can be taken in the building itself and in the permanent exhibition without a flash or tripod. Special regulations apply for temporary exhibitions, depending on the agreement with the lenders, which can be requested from the supervisory team at any time.

Animals are not permitted into the museum. Service dogs are exempt from this rule.

Eating and drinking is not permitted in any of the exhibition rooms. The museum's communication room and educational room are available for this purpose on request.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Hornmoldhaus Stadtmuseum.
